About me

Singaporean.
Traveler. Dreamer. Diver. Animal Lover. Bartender. Cinephile. Musician. Writer. Too many interests for this lifetime.

Armed with a Bachelor's Degree in Business with a Specilization in Information Technology, with academic experience in IT Project Management, Database creation and management and Business Analytics, I went out into the perilous world of full-time employment in late 2015 and am miraculously still surviving ever since.

Always hungry for knowledge, I spend my free time on MOOCs or reading up on people, trends and technology.

Experience

Having an interest in practically every specialisation the world can offer, and an inability to say "no" to learning opportunities and new expriences, I am more of a generalist. An advocate of learning on the job, I have done multiple part-time/odd jobs/internships and pet projects. I have done database management for a sugar factory, set up social media sites for startups and a luxury furniture company, do freelance copywriting, love doing service and bartendeing, and am running my own Pet-boarding business and co-running a mobile bar company.

My full-time work journey started in Google Squared Data & Analytics Programme, where I trained under the best from Google, Sparkline, NUS Institiute of Systems Science and Publicis Media (where I did my 8-month attachment). From there I decided to jump into the deep waters of starting data analytics in an affiliate marketing organisation, then on to ride hailing and food delivery company Grab, and am currently in the cloud department in Google.
